It's been a little bit difficult keeping up with updating this blog because most times I find it difficult to sign in and I have been busy preparing and writing exams. I chose this picture because it shows the sun rising depicting a new day. Well, that's just how I feel because I just passed an exam that had literally put my whole life seemingly on "pause".
I just became a senior registrar in the field of psychiatry...in other words...a specialist.
Thanks for all your lovely comments on the content of this blog so far. I also want to say a big thank you to my lovely wife(my best friend) and my beautiful daughter who obviously doesn't know what is going on because she's just 16months old.
About this blog, it's about to get more exciting. Watch out this month(now that I'm a bit less occupied) for 'what to do if your loved one is mentally ill' and many more exciting articles but humurous and serious...I guess you know what I mean?
